InviteFree was born out of a simple frustration: why do digital invitations cost money? Physical invitations have always been a meaningful tradition, but printing, postage, and last-minute changes make them expensive and impractical for many hosts. We wanted to fix that.
We started building InviteFree with one goal — create the most polished, fully-featured free invitation platform on the internet. No freemium traps. No "upgrade to unlock RSVPs." Everything you need, from the very first template all the way to real-time RSVP tracking and email invitations, is included at absolutely no cost.

InviteFree is a URL-based invitation platform, which means there are no accounts, no passwords, and no dashboards to log into. When you create an event, our system generates two unique links:

We've intentionally kept the platform simple enough that it works for a backyard birthday for ten and a wedding for two hundred. The same tools that track a small headcount for a child's birthday handle complex wedding RSVP flows with the same reliability.
This is the most common question we get, and it has a straightforward answer. Most invitation platforms charge for the features that matter most — RSVP tracking, dietary collection, email invitations, and guest management. The pricing model is built around making you upgrade once your event becomes anything beyond the most basic announcement. That model didn't sit right with us.
We built InviteFree on the belief that the core invitation experience — invitation, RSVP, headcount, and guest communication — shouldn't be paywalled. Every host should be able to send a beautiful invitation, track responses in real time, and manage their guest list without paying a subscription.
To support the platform, we display a small number of advertisements through Google AdSense on a few non-essential pages. These ads cover server costs, ongoing development, the addition of new templates, and infrastructure for sending email invitations. They never appear on host dashboards or interrupt the invitation experience for guests. This is a deliberate trade-off: a small ad presence in exchange for a platform that stays free forever for everyone.
Because InviteFree doesn't require accounts, the data we collect is genuinely minimal. We don't have a login profile, a payment history, or a long-term identifier tied to you. Each event is a self-contained unit of data: the event details you entered, the guests you added, and the RSVPs they submitted. That's it.
We never sell user data to third parties. We don't run targeted retargeting campaigns, build behavior profiles for advertising, or share guest information with anyone. The advertising on the site is served by Google AdSense based on the page content and the visitor's general profile — not on data we hand over.
